Bug#701128: rhythmbox: Playback skips 20s when OGG file encountered

When playing back a list of songs, playback will go silent for approx 20
seconds if an OGG file is encountered after an MP3 file. The reverse operates
correctly.

The OGG files involved play correctly from the beginning if double-clicked.
