Hi,

I found out gtk-update-icon-cache and gtk-update-icon-cache-3.0 already
had symlinks installed properly.

So all we need is to apply attached patches to respective packages
 * gtk+2.0_2.24.10-2
 * gtk+3.0_3.4.2-4

Since missing expected command in right position is not so nice and now
that we have very safe patches, I bumped severity to important.

Please consider inclusion when you make RC fixes.
