Bug#697866: libgtk-3-bin fails to upgrade to 3.4.2-5

I guess this was part of ia32-libs-gtk which I remember installed for
Skype which got recently removed and guess it might have left this cruft
back!

After following Michael's instruction the upgrade was successful and I
guess we can close the bug now
