Hi everybody,

Since 3.4.2-6 to 3.8.2-3 libgtk-3-0 upgrade, mouse scroll seems broken.
Application like gedit and wireshark refuse to scroll content with the 
mouse wheel.

Downgrade to 3.4.2-6 resolve the problem.
