Dear Maintainer,
I just booted the computer after installing Wheezy (no upgrade). When GDM started, the screen become unreadable (wrong X module?). As no input is accepted, I cannot shut down the system properly except via SSH, which I am also using to write this report.
Even though I established an SSH connection and called "/etc/init.d/gdm3 stop" as root without receiving an error message, Xorg did not shut down. I had to use "kill -9" as a simple "kill" did not work. Then /var/log/Xorg.0.log had become so large I could not even copy it to my home directory.
One problem is that I do not often have access to this computer which the installation has now rendered unusable.
