I don't know either, but xserver-xorg-video-r128 is probably a good
guess, so I'm doing that.

You can create one if you need to, see xorg.conf(5).

Unfortunately, I doubt the X maintainers are going to be able to help
much until they have that information. I've tagged the bug "more
information required".
