Bug#563382: gnome-control-center should depend on libcanberra-pulse

Currently gnome-core both in stable (wheezy) and in testing (jessie)
depends on pulseaudio and libcanberra-pulse:
http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/gnome-core
http://packages.debian.org/jessie/gnome-core

So, I don't see a reason why gnome-control-center should not depend on
libcanberra-pulse.

Please, add this dependency as there are distributions based on Debian
which install gnome-control-center but not gnome-core which makes the
libcanberra-pulse package missing.
