I just had a closer look at evolution 3.8 and it looks like we can just
revert the bits that require webkit >= 1.10.0. I rebuilt the rdeps of
evo/e-d-s and there were a few FTBFS. Will file bugs accordingly.

If possible, I'd like to do libgweather together with evo/e-d-s/gtkhtml,
since e-d-s requires the newer libgweather.
