About rebuild gnome-boxes in unstable

You need to coordinate transitions with the release team, see
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/ReleaseTeam/Transitions. If gnome-boxes needs a
binNMU, notify the RT, preferably by filing a bug against release.debian.org
