I've updated the license for a couple of js files, but I must ask a
question about the data/* files.

"DFSGLicenses"[1] does not explicitly mention CC-BY (only CC-BY-SA) but
what is listed there seems to disagree with you.

Could you provide a better source for DFSG licensing information or
fix the wiki page?
