Bug#703135: MTP didn't actually make it into the package

It appears that despite being built (at least, according to the build
log 
athttps://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=gvfs&arch=amd64&ver=1.15.4-1&stamp=1362507320), 
the mtp backend didn't actually make it into the binary package.

It appears that you need to add some stuff to
debian/gvfs-{backend,daemons}.install and/or debian/rules.

Adding the following to them locally gets it working:

but I think some of that might belong in debian/rules instead...
