Dear Maintainer,

According http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gtkmm/2.24/ ,
gtkmm-2.24.3 was released, but the watch file in gtkmm2.4 source
package does not detect it.
Latest version seems to be packaged only as tar.xz, while the watch file
searches for tar.bz2
