Bug#708185: Thumbnails not generated in Nautilus

This is a very recent issue, it used to work like 3-5 days ago.

BTW, it also affects Nemo (from unstable at least, 1.8.1-1), and the
Nautilus package hasn't been upgraded recently, so maybe it's not
directly a Nautilus issue.

The issue seems to be that Nautilus is not able to find the generated
thumbnails anymore and simply keeps generating them again and again.
You can check that the content of ~/.thumbnails/normal is re-generated
again and again, without a reason.

As a result, Nautilus uses a little more than 1 full CPU when display a
directory containing thumbnailable files.

This of course affects thumbnails for new files (for which one had to be
generated) and for older files that already had a thumbnail there.
