ia32libs in gtk+2.0

Hi Goswin,

while looking through the patches in gtk+2.0, I wondered if we still
need 041_ia32-libs.patch [1].

gtk+2.0 has been converted to multi-arch quite some time ago, so im
modules and pixbuf loaders should just work now and I thought we can
simply drop this patch.
But in the patch, you are also using arch-qualified gtkrc config files
and I couldn't explain, why that was needed originally and if it is
still needed today.

Since you are the original bug submitter, maybe you can shed some light
on this issue.
