gnome-settings-daemon - the updates plugin issue.

Hi all,
I saw the following in .xsession-errors file :-

** (gnome-settings-daemon:2085): WARNING **:
/usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon-3.0/libupdates.so: undefined symbol:
pk_control_set_root_async

** (gnome-settings-daemon:2085): WARNING **: Cannot load plugin
'Updates' since file
'/usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon-3.0/libupdates.so' cannot be read.

** (gnome-settings-daemon:2085): WARNING **: Error activating plugin 'Updates'
damage_screen (XSR): 1 rects, bounds: 0,0 (1600,900)
repair_win (XSR): 1 rects, bounds: -109,-107 (19,19)

I was looking to report it and saw 716865 . It seems that 3.8.4-1 has
fixed this issue. Awaiting the 7-8 odd days to experience the same in
testing.

Mailing and reporting it here just in case somebody comes across the
same issue and tries using their favorite search-engine and not
getting any answers.
