Bug#711129: GTK2 Adwaita engine does not allow dragging windows via menu bar or toolbar

It exists a patch for this problem on Ubuntu.
But it concern the package of libgtk2.0-0
The Ubuntu's package works on Debian Jessie but you must change the 
number of the version in the file "control" to correspond exactly at 
that of Debian.
