Hello,
trying to fix it as others seemed to do, I also installed dbus and
libdbus-1-3 from experimental (like gnome-shell gdm and others) and did
systemctl restart dbus.
Still is is blank, logs are attached. When changing the user to
Debian-gdm and restarting gnome-shell in gdm mode it stays the same. So
I tried to use mutter straight and it just works. Using a terminal
inside the desktop, I tried gnome-shell greeter again and discovered
that the mouse pointer is changing when moving the window etc - but
still it simply does not draw anything!
Also the same for leaving mode=gdm and trying to start the normal one.
Using lightdm and gnome-shell works fine for me at the same time.
So do we have to consider attaching this bug to gnome-shell when mutter
works inside gdm-session?
Regards,
Kai
