Bug#724499: Explanation

I fixed the bug report.

First, the package affected is gedit (which contains plugin "snippets")
rather than gedit-plugins.

Second, the problem is not the missing dependency, which is in fact not
required, but an obsolete "import cairo" statement, problem fixed by
this patch:
