Package: gnome-session-common
Version: 3.4.2.1-4
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The /usr/share/applications/defaults.list file shipped by gnome-session-common sets file-roller as the default action for opening Debian packages.

But when they double-click on a Debian package users usually want to install it, not extract files from it. So the default should be set to one of GDebi, gnome-packagekit or qapt-deb-installer.
