Bug#721677: gnome-user-share: Personal File Sharing GUI not accessable

I am a novice but can follow directions. What else can I provide?

Following this guide:
 https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-user-share/stable/gnome-user-share.html

The Personal File Sharing GUI does not exist:

Failed to execute child process "/usr/bin/gnome-file-share-properties" (No
such file or directory)

I forced a downgrade to gnome-user-share from stable. It complained about
dependencies obviously and will not start, but the configuration GUI is
accessible.
