Bug#723071: evince: Send To dunction does nothing

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
     Tried out new evince v3.8
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     Opened evince and tried out Send To functionality
   * What was the outcome of this action?
     Nothing happened
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
     A new window showing me the options

the new evince v3.8 still/now has a non working Send To function. I know this
is something generic just being reused -- but I don't know what specific
packages it is included. This is while I file now a bug against evince.

I would like to note that this, resulting because of that, is not working in
nautilus too.
