I have a setup that can reproduce this easily, but I just upgraded to 3.12
and still don't know if this is still present in this version. I'll be able
to provide info next time I undock (which I won't do right away, as I can't
be bothered to randomly lose USB connectivity, audio jack functionality and
X doing all kinds of weird stuff with my external monitor. Ah, the joys of
docking stations...
