Bug#757070: gnome-control-center: Time change desktop background doesn't change

The advertised functionality of the default background (changes to a different background
periodically) is not present, at least with dual monitor setup.  That is the background just
stays on the same shades of green geometric background that is the default always instead of
periodically cycling through backgrounds despite what the labels and tool tips say.
