Bug#576386: #576386 - nautilus: with --no-desktop and exit_with_last_window==false, a "quit" menu option is needed

Hi Pedro,
The context in which this came up was that nautilus was started as an application and then started to manage the desktop. In the setting which you describe, nautilus is explicitly used to manage the desktop; I don't see much value in a "quit" option in this use-case.
