Bug#751868: gucharmap: needs rebuild against unicode-data 7.0-1 and Built-Using field

Hi;

You should NOT do this.

Each gucharmap release supports only the exact unicode version it ships
in its sources, not any others. For gucharmap 3.12.x, this is unicode
6.3.

Additionally, in order to function correctly, gucharmap requires a glib
version supporting that unicode version, which for unicode 7.0 is glib
≥ 2.41.2 .

gucharmap git master already supports unicode 7.0, and this will be
released as version 3.14.0 in september.
