Bug#758813: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev: gdk-pixbuf-csource couldn't recognize the image file format

Dear Maintainer,
the utility gdk-pixbuf-csource, now in libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev package and
previously in libgtk2.0-dev, fails to execute with the error "Couldn't
recognize the image file format for file 'foobar.png'".

To avoid this problem, it's necessary to install the package
shared-mime-info on which evidently gdk-pixbuf-csource relies to detect
the image file format.

So I think libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev should depend also on shared-mime-info
package.

The same problem was reported for libgtk2.0-dev years ago, when
gdk-pixbuf-csource was in libgtk2.0-dev. See #520657.
