Bug#759660: gnome-applets: please rebuild against Gstreamer 1.0

While not a bug per-se, gnome-applets still depends on Gstreamer 0.10 components. 

If possible, it would be desirable to rebuild it to use Gstreamer 1.0 instead, so as to reduce the harddisk footprint of a GNOME installation.
