Bug#762549: Bug still here in 3.14.1-1

Dear maintainers,

If I am not wrong, the same bug still appears in vinagre 3.14.1-1.
I am running the i386 version on a Jessie system.

In my case, my computer is configured with the "bépo" variant of french
keyboard layout, but when I connect to a Windows 2003 server it writes
like if I had a french "azerty" keyboard (the keyboard has indeed this
layout when I physically use this server).

I also found this bug report upstream which might be about the same
problem, with potential patches :

Please apologyze if the bug I report here is different from the
original.
