Dear Maintainer,

Using Openbox, many GTK3 apps (Audacious, Gufw, Transmission) have extremely
oversized icons when I use an SVG icon theme like MeliaeSVG.  This includes 
oversized menu and toolbar icons.  Switching to a non-SVG theme restores 
icons to their normal size.
