Bug#767954: evince: printing of pdf documents and figures fails frequently with error (example attached)

Followup-For: Bug #767954

It appears that this bug was actually caused by a misconfiguration of
the CUPS server. I do not understand why printing with xpdf worked
though, but I guess this particular bug is invalid and can be closed.
