I can confirm that reboot definitely is *not* in the dialog, at least
not as triggered by the normal user menu from the panel (User ->
Shutdown) -- and there is no "Reboot" entry in the user menu itself.

BTW, I'm on unstable, but it currently has the same gnome-flashback
version than testing.

That's sad, nowadays suspend and hibernate are very commonly used
actions… couldn't a patch be backported?
