If I'm not wrong, libglib2.0-dev ships 2 gdb auto-load files:

libglib-2.0.so.0.4200.1-gdb.py and libgobject-2.0.so.0.4200.1-gdb.py
that refer to libraries shipped in /lib (glib) and /usr/lib (gobject).

So I guess that the new paths should be the following then:

/usr/share/gdb/auto-load/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglib-2.0.so.0.4200.1-gdb.py
/usr/share/gdb/auto-load/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgobject-2.0.so.0.4200.1-gdb.py
