Bug#774257: Configuring a printer does not work without system-config-printer

Package: gnome-control-center

I'm using a fresh Debian jessie beta2 install, with both GNOME and Print
server tasksel's. When I go into the GNOME control center, and select the
printer configurator and attempt to add a printer I get the following in
the syslog:

<14>1 2014-12-30T21:03:38.679656+01:00 latte gnome-control-center.desktop
6907 - - (gnome-control-center:6907): printers-cc-panel-WARNING **:
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name
org.fedoraproject.Config.Printing was not provided by any .service files

I then see a error message saying installing the printer failed.

Searching for this error, I noticed that this may be caused by the
"system-config-printer" package not being installed. I manually installed
it and was able to add the printer.

Shouldn't gnome-control-center depend on system-config-printer? It seems
the printer configurator in gnome-control-center does not work without it.

/Simon
