Hello,

the libtasn1-3 transition is basically finished.

Please change gcr to (build-)depend on the correct packages from
libtasn1-6 instead of the transitional packages (libtasn1-6-dev
instead of libtasn1-3-dev and libtasn1-bin instead of libtasn1-3-bin).
The transitional packages will be dropped ASAP.
