Bug#706914: build-dep-indep does not work for g-i

Hello!

In yesterdays upload of gobject-introspection I modified the package
according to your suggestions, moving gtk-doc and libglib2.0-doc to
Build-Depends-Indep. This made the package no longer build on the
debian buildds:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=gobject-introspection&suite=experimental

I'll undo the changes in a few hours. If you have suggestions on a better
solution, now is the time to speak up. Otherwise I'll consider the bug
report resolved as invalid.
