I've updated svn. The problem I was having (with 3.8 and 3.10) was because I had
speech-dispatcher 0.7, but 0.8 is needed.

The only issue I see right now is that 3.10 dropped the binding to start/stop
Orca, which is now in gnome-settings-daemon 3.10, but we only have 3.8 in sid.
So we can revert the removal in Orca, or backport the change in
gnome-settings-daemon. I'll look into the latter.

Also note that since Orca 3.7.x, the Orca window (with the Preferences and Quit
button) no longer exists. You can still go to preferences or quit Orca using the
keyboard shortcuts. I have added a note in NEWS.
