Bug#739829: eog: All images with height >= 258 pixels are displayed at ~98%

Dear Maintainer,

When I open images with a height bigger than 258 pixels, they all look
in eog, because they are not displayed at 1:1 ration, but rather around
98%.

My guess is it's doing wrong math to compute the window size it needs
for those images.
