Justification: renders package unusable
After the upgrade of libpt2.10.10 from 2.10.10~dfsg-2.1 to 2.10.10~dfsg-3, Ekiga
crashes on every startup, when it registers at ekiga.net. Downgrading to
2.10.10~dfsg-2.1 fixes the problem.
