Dear Pedro/althaser,
Thank you for triaging this bug. I can confirm that the bug still
exists under nautilus. In nautilus > /home > Properties it shows as
82.2 GB free where in reality only 77 GB remains.

$ df -h /home
Filesystem      Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda7        92G   11G   77G  12% /home

So the bug is still present.
