Bug#754306: gnome-system-tools: services-admin draws window unreadbly small

Dear Maintainer,

See the attached screenshot to see how this bug renders the 'services-admin' program unusable. When run from the command-line, the program complains:

(services-admin:2317): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:117:18: Not using units is deprecated. Assuming 'px'.

(services-admin:2317): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:117:20: Not using units is deprecated. Assuming 'px'.

So, it seems that the size of the window is being calculated as being in units 'pixels' instead of the original intention.

What one ends up with is a selection window too small to reasonably read or navigate or scroll.
