The patch was applied. Part of the changes apparently got lost....

(and I obviously wasn't paying enough attention when reviewing your patch
the first time around):

I've applied the patch against debian/control.in this time and
the changes will be part of next upload.... Please tell me if
you see any reason to hurry uploading and I'll consider uploading sooner.
