Bug#755245: vino: Desktop entries under /usr/share/gnome/autostart not executing or showing up in startup editor

vino users /usr/share/gnome/autostart, https://developer.gnome.org/autostart-spec/ does not mention
this directory and entries from this dir do not execute on start in Gnome 3.8 nor do they show
up in the startup program editor GUI for Gnome 3.  It looks to me like this directory is old and
no longer honoured.
