Bug#755546: gnome-terminal: 3.12.3-1's new tabs/windows don't inherit working path from old one

Dear gnome Maintainers,

After upgrading from 3.4.1.1-2 to 3.12.3-1, new terminal tabs or windows
open at $HOME instead of the working directory of the terminal where
they were opened from.

This is a nice feature and I hope it's not a deliverate change.
