Cześć Marek,
I have a similar problem, but I was able to fix it by installing
gnome-control-center from unstable. However, I find the interface change
in 3.12 to be a usability regression, but this is a totally different story. :D

This problem was probably already mentioned here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=756164
(this is where I found about the unstable version).
