Oh, I now see what you are talking.  It is still problematic.

I made these to show minimum case for people not using im-config.

I don't use ja_JP.UTF-8.  I am LANG=en_US.UTF-8.

This seems to be some bug in zenity.  When I heard it was fixxed
upstream from Ubuntu people, I did not follow this up.

I guess I will follow this up.
