The gnome-session-flashback package is already depending against
policykit-1-gnome.

But there are actually other packages that are directly recommending or
depending against it, like network-manager-gnome or
network-manager-gnome.

What are we doing?

I think we should review the dependencies of these metapackages, the
notification-daemon dependency could be removed too I guess.
