Bug#751240: screen background configuration doesn't work in Debian Testing + Gnome + Gnome Tweak Tool

This bug is a combination of gnome-tweak-tool and gnome-control-center 
and it have been for few months (when gnome moved from 3.8 to 3.10 and 
3.12 in Debian Testing)

Few versions of gnome ago it was posible to indicate to 
"gnome-control-center" to manage the desktop and have icons on the 
desktop, and at the same time have a screen background and change the 
screen background using "gnome-control-center".

It is not posible anymore, at least for the people using Debian Testing 
for months. I don't know if it works in the new instalations. The 
program for the desktop background change doesn't even start.

Maybe is because some gnome packages are in 3.12 and others still in 3.8 
?
