Bug#751868: gucharmap: needs rebuild against unicode-data 7.0-1 and Built-Using field

According to the Build-Depends and build logs, gucharmap takes files
from unicode-data, converts them to C headers using a Perl script and
statically compiles them into the library.
A new version of unicode-data was just uploaded (7.0), so gucharmap
needs a rebuild against the new version.
Since files from unicode-data therefore form part of the source of
gucharmap, unicode-data should be present in the Built-Using field,
which is documented in this section of policy:
