Bug#750058: gnome-session-quit is doing nothing in Jessie current

After some testing, installing systemd-shim will not only solve the
shutdown/restart problem of gnome-session-quit (pkg: gnome-session-bin),
but it also will solve the suspend issues.

I am not sure which package of these three (gnome-session-bin,
gnome-power-manager or gnome-settings-daemon) should have the dependency on
systemd-shim.

Of course, this is only necessary if you want to keep the normal makefile
init system and not systemd as init system.
