Dear Maintainer,

Please consider adding bijiben (Notes) as an alternative dependency for tomboy
and gnote. Patch below; I'm sidestepping the issue of priority by placing
bijiben last, i.e. it's up to you (there's also a separate bug on the issue of
priority between tomboy and gnote, #648049).
